"Hi girls and boys! Just to say thank you from Bob and Susan McAvoy! Billy looked amazing when we got him home and you have obviously done a great job in looking after him. His coat was shining and he was so clean and well-groomed after his stay.
He was glad to get home to his two acres of garden that he runs around in and chases rabbits. The rabbits had a chance to settle in again with Billy gone. Thank you again to a great team and we really appreciate the work that you have done in looking after him. Keep up the good work! Warm wishes".

"Home away from home for my boys (5 stars)!
My two dogs are regulars of this lovely pet hotel and both get extremely excited when we turn into the driveway! The staff are so knowledgeable and really help put your mind at ease as most dog owners are prone to separation anxiety! The facilities are great and cater to all budgets.
I recently spent 6 weeks overseas and the staff emailed me updates of how my two were behaving. A fantastic service and lovely team! Could not recommend it enough!"

"Our Fox Terrier/Jack Russell cross Jeda grew up with my children and was looked after by the team at Elcho Park for many years during family holidays. Our experience with the team included constructive advice to us, stimulating interactions for Jeda while boarding and consistency of service/staffing at a reasonable price.
Jeda herself clearly enjoyed being with the team and was excited to arrive as well as depart. In her last year she went blind yet the team at Elcho had a place for her. She still loved being with them, the interaction with other boarders, the special plays and the farewell bath. Unexpectedly in late December 2013 (her normal vet had seen her late November), the condition that sent Jeda blind took her life while she was with the Elcho team and we were overseas.
The Elcho team obtained the best vet care possible and went out of their way on multiple levels for Jeda. She was put down after 72 hours of involvement. To summarise – if you seek a caring, creative, skilled and knowledgeable team to look after your furry child – look no further than the team at Elcho Park!"

"There’s no better place for fur babies (5 stars : ) Elcho Park has been looking after Rocky for quite some time now and whether it is just for a short stay or a longer one, I know that he is safe and comfortable, but most of all happy :) The staff do a FANTASTIC job caring for him and are beautiful and caring people. You can just tell how much they love your pets! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pampered pooch :)"
